“Excellent product. It's quite heavy, so doesn't move around when you work on it. Very easy to clean. I used it to roll out my brioche dough. It didn't stick and the cold steel surface made working with it so much more easier than working on the countertop. This is really a boon for Indian kitchens that don't come with a kitchen island or any exclusive surface to roll out pastry or dough. After use I simply wrap it in a large plastic bag and lean it against the side of the fridge. Five stars easily. ”
